Glastonbury 2013!

There was certainly expectation for Glastonbury 2013, partly due to its absence last year - and the huge headliners ensured that the historic festival lived up to all expectation. With eager festival goers queuing miles into the hazy distance early on Wednesday morning, awaiting the openening of the huge gates that guard the festival. Then a silence fell upon the crowd as the clunks of a lock were follwed by the unveiling of the site - soon to be populated by thousands of tents.The excitement of that Wednesday morning seemed to linger around the site, until the first acts started to play on Friday and finally reached a crescendo on Friday night - when the Arctic Monkeys took to the Pyramid Stage and gave the performance of their careers...
